We woke up just after papa left for work and looking out the window we saw a thin layer of snow dust on the ground. Odin squealed so loudly and asked to build a snowman, running out to the front door to put his boots on. When I caught up with him he was pleading to run out in nothing but those boots, ha! We hurried to get dressed and jumped in the car to head down to Tupancy Links which is right down the road. The snow was already starting to melt but we made dirty slushy snowballs and threw them around and tried to build tiny icy snowmen. By the time we got back home the snow in our yard was completely gone, but it was still a fun winter morning. This boy has been waiting for snow for so long so I was so happy he finally caught a tiny breath of it. Here’s to hoping for at least one good snowfall this year!
